About Travis M. Hendry, M.D.

Thank you for choosing Mountain Orthopaedics. Our mission is compassionate care using the most current techniques and treatment modalities to help you live your healthiest life possible. We are recognized throughout the Intermountain West as a leader in surgical care of the shoulder, elbow, and complex fractures.

Dr. Hendry has kept a full practice since 2010, with patients often traveling significant distances for surgical care. He is one of the highest volume shoulder surgeons in the western United States and has performed tens of thousands of procedures, from shoulder replacements to arthroscopic repairs. He uses the Matchpoint 3D-CT system to perform shoulder replacement virtually before the operation, with patient-specific instrumentation and customized implants. He has also served as Chief of Surgery at Layton Intermountain Hospital.

Outside the operating room he spends his time with his family, usually at the beach, the lake, or on the slopes. He is an Eagle Scout and served a two-year mission in Brazil for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
